President Rules?

It may be necessary, in the near future, to contact the Ayuntamiento regarding the feral cats.
It will help to present a multiple denuncia, rather than an individual complaint.
As an owner on Complejo Terrace, I ask you to sign the attached form and return it to me.
The Ayuntamiento and Community rules are quite clear regarding keeping animals.

I recommend that the owners housing these cats be given a little more time, to do the right thing, and get them to a cat sanctuary,

The choice is theirs.
