In 1963 begins as frontman Tommy Scott & The Senators , local beat band that made his name primarily in South Wales, although it did not have much success. Then tried to get success by hiring the producer Joe Meek who tried to convince record labels to its potential without success.
The group continued performing in nightclubs until one day Gordon Mills saw Tom Jones great potential and took him to London where he began to develop his successful career. Gordon Mills became his manager and artistic renamed in honor of Tom Jones to the literary character. On July 29, 1986 Gordon Mills died, and his son Mark was responsible for managing your career. Mark managed to relaunch his career from 1987 when Jones returned to the charts with his hit "A Boy From Nowhere" . In 1994 he recorded his duets album "Reload" which highlights "Burning Down The House" Talking Heads with The Cardigans, whose video was noted for his successful musical innovation. This album was absolute recognition for his career which was consolidated with the following years either receiving distinctions (such as the Brit Awards for his contribution to music in 2003) or working for other artists such as Wyclef Jean (who produced the Mr. Jones album, released in 2002) and Jools Holland.
Today, Tom Jones is still in force despite his age, and continues to delight audiences both in international tours as well as concerts at the MGM Grand Las Vegas where he has for ten or docesemanas year. After 46 years of his career and 70 years old, leaving an extensive discography that includes Along Came Jones (1965), It's Not Unusual (1965), What `s New Pussycat? Tom Jones is still receiving the best reviews for this work produced by Ethan Johns acknowledged to be entrusted quienantes artists like Kings of Leon, Ryan Adams, Ray LaMontagne, Paolo Nutini and Laura Marling. Sir Tom Jones enjoyed this title, having been appointed in 2006 Knight of the British Crown by Queen Elizabeth II, has shown a passion for different musical styles.

Guilt burns a mark into us that puts us behind emotional bars.
Guilt is the most futile and destructive emotion we have, it eats us from the inside, once a seed is planted into a great monster it grows, its shadow hangs over every other event in our lives. We learn nothing from it except fear, fear of screwing up again, fear of being found out, fear of somebody doing the same to us. It keeps us in denial.
Remorse on the other hand acknowledges we have done wrong, we have hurt or betrayed somebody, we can take responsibility for our actions and the outcome we caused. We can learn from it, be accountable for it, take it a part of our own development. True remorse, not just lip service to get off the hook, sets you free to move on and achieve more with the knowledge we have gained.
