New ZUMBA class starting next Monday evening 3rd September 6.30pm at the Casino Bar & Restaurant, GUARDAMAR (near the church & next door to the library)
FREE Demo Class so if you've never tried Zumba but wondered what all the fuss is about, now's the time to find out! Great fun way to get fit and lose inches without realising you're actually exercising!!

Hi Irene, No problem at all, doesn't matter if you've never tried Zumba before, you just do the class at your pace until you get more familiar with the routines - there are no right or wrong moves in Zumba! The main aim is to have fun while exercising to great music.
Why not try my free class on Monday in Guardamar but if you can't make that one, I hope to see you at The Club.
