Pat on the back for Jeff

I think at long last Jeff does deserve a little praise. There had definitely been a reduction in noise from the majority of the rowdy bars on the Consum Complex.
Yes, one or two of the bars are still having a go, guess it’s a case two fingers up to the locals, however, credit where credit is due, there has been some improvement.
The only bars that still insist on doing as they please are, Aloha Bar, who keeps his doors open on the rear terrace, plus Poppies and the Irish bar, well I guess they think a late licence means they can sit outside at 2 and 3 am and do as they please, who the hell uses these bars at this ungodly hour ??? One thing for certain, bet it’s not many of the local residents.
The situation is far from perfect, and is there is definitely room for improvement; noise limiters would obviously solve ALL the problems.
