Fed Up Of Late Payments Penalties?

I don´t know if you are like me, but every month for the past four months I have not had enough funds in my bank account at the time the satellite company submits the payment to my bank.

In each case I have only missed the dated by a couple of days, but still I get a regular text message from my re - broadcaster telling me that I have been disconnected from their network and have to pay 5€ to be reconnected to their supply, which in my opinion is taking advantage of the ex-pats who are struggling out here, another senario of Brits being ripped off by Brits, when is it going to stop!!!!!!!!
