Here at David's Coachtrips we are enjoying a really busy start to the year. So many of you have already met the new members in our team. New girl Jackie is combining some time in the office with some time as a courier. Her quiet, calm unassuming manner making her popular with the customers. Other new girl Karen on the other hand is also going down well with the customers. But for very different reasons. She is a chatterbox with a big smile. Our longest serving guide Carol (she calls it long suffering) continues to delight and at the same time insult our customers in equal measure. The insulting is of course done in the nicest possible way. Our youngest kid on the block, Gail, provides us wih a bit of youthful vigour in the team and has quickly found her niche as a knowledeable and pleasant courier with a ready smile. Sue -- our party goer with the some times serious face always manages to bring the coach to life. Christine also steps in every once in a while to meet demand. Always quietly effective in keeping things running smoothly. Then there is my wife Maggs. With a talent for bossing the boss about, what chance have the customers got? But she always does it with a smile on her face. In the office Jenny is now working fewer days, but still ploughs through an amazing ammount of work with real tenacity. This means that Shauna is now going to work more days. But still does it with the same calm, smiling manner we have all enjoyed during her years with Coachtrips. It is a great pleasure to be part of such an excellent team of people who play such a big part making sure your outings with David's Coachtrips SL are days well spent. I believe we have "Simply the Best" team on the Costa Blanca.

I joined the class yesterday and I must say the two hours flew by.
Our teacher Gustavo was very good and yesterday we covered the Spanish Alphabet and how to pronounce words correctly.
Looking forward to next Thursday and learning more Spanish.
Yes really enjoyed the class, our teacher has a very friendly approach, good communicator, I am sure I will learn a lot from this course.
